Final Sale — Skincare & Hygiene Products
Because of hygiene and safety, all skincare products are final sale and non-refundable for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply change your mind after purchase. By purchasing you accept that skincare is not eligible for return once opened or used.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully package every order, and we’ll always fix verified problems. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing fault, email beautyhighandco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Once your claim has been verified, we will provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
How We Assess Claims
To assess a claim quickly please:

Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Provide clear, well-lit photos (product, label, shipping label, outer packaging).

Return the item if requested — we’ll advise the return method and cover return postage for verified faults.
Allergy, Sensitivity & Patch Testing
Because everyone’s skin is unique, we do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivity. Please review the ingredients listed on the product page and perform a patch test before full use. If you have severe reactions, seek medical advice and retain photos of the reaction.
Sale Items, Bundles & Gift Cards
Sale items, bundles and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty.
Delivery & Address Errors
Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at purchase. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
Proof & Packaging
If you report damage, please retain all packaging and photographic evidence. Failure to provide requested proof may delay or void a claim.
Your Legal Rights (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a remedy (refund or replacement) under ACL. This policy does not affect those statutory rights.
