Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Beauty High. By purchasing our products online or booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or confirming an appointment.

1. General

  • This website and salon are operated by Beauty High.

  • By visiting our site, booking services, or purchasing products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

2. Online Store Terms (Skincare & Products)

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us, or have parental/guardian consent.

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment is required at checkout using the payment methods provided.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Product Refunds & Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale and non-refundable for change of mind or incorrect selection.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at beautyhighandco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We will remedy the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for skin sensitivities, allergic reactions, or results that vary by individual. Please patch test before full use.

  • Sale items, bundles, promotional products, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

  • If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.

5. Appointments & Deposits (Salon Services)

  • Appointments must be booked via our official booking system.

  • Longer appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are applied toward your treatment on the day of service.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the deposit being forfeited or requested. 

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. Service Suitability & Liability

  • Clients must provide accurate medical and skin information before treatments.

  • Beauty High reserves the right to refuse or adjust a service if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

  • While every care is taken, results vary depending on individual factors (skin type, aftercare, lifestyle).

  • Beauty High is not liable for adverse outcomes where correct protocols and patch testing have been followed.

  • Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-care instructions.

8. Refunds on Services

  • As our services are based on professional expertise and time, all treatments are non-refundable once performed.

  • If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess and provide an appropriate solution in line with professional standards.

9. Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers and pre-paid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Expiry dates apply and cannot be extended unless required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site and in our branding, including logos, text, designs, and images, are the property of Beauty High.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty High is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from use of our products or services.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
